The lotion contained in a 16fl.oz (500ml) bottle is the same as the one contained in the sample: there is no difference at all ! 

Thanks to the specific cap on the bottle , you will reduce quantities applied; thus making Derfen economical.
However, for some horses, you will need additional applications; this is the reason why the lotion may look more dilluted in a bottle than in a sample but it is simply not true.

What you should not forget to do prior to another application -when you use a bottle- is to SHAKE WELL. The sample does not really need to be shaken because it is small.
Remember that Derfen must remain homogeneous to be efficient.

Even if you use vaseline(petroleum jelly), do not forget to shake the bottle!
